Kailani noticed she felt a bit more sluggish with the cold. She tried to keep up with things but found that some days she was so cold and wanted to stay curled up on the couch or in bed and rest. She is thankful for her friend coming to visit and helping her getting things done, like taking care of her livestock and checking on the garden when she visits. With the motivation of having a friend over she has been able to deal with the sluggishness most of the time and was very grateful. Still when the chores were done and when her friend left she would spend most of the rest of the time curled up on the couch drawing or doing something else easy to do while sitting.
