PC-130: Fantasia Botanica

Fantasia feels her emotions very strongly and can't hide them no matter how much she wishes she could sometimes.  She is a bit all over the place but once she's determined for something she can't be dettered.  She also fiercly loves her adopted daughter, Calfuray.
