"Have you heard Lucky's report?" --> Wants to create a gossip chain/journal/rnews station called "The Surface Layer" where he covers basic news new openings of stores, mysterious strangers entering the town, etc. May also have a more gossip based column (posted anonymously, but everyone in town knows he's the one who runs it) called "Deep Dive" that's more scandalous in nature.
