PC-183: Balamb

Balamb is a relaxed and easy going kind of kitsu. He likes to make mixed drinks and talk to others about their problems. He works on processing and sorting things out from quests in a back room for advenering kitsu. His easy going nature tends to make folks overlook him thinking he is passive or unassertive but when he wants somehting he will rush forward and work hard to get it.
