Up the Mountain

An adventerous kitsu named Frost gathered a group of kitsu to take an expedition up the singlular mountain to the north west of Silverlight. Having wanting to see snow during the mild winter, and research the unknown. The group left Silverlight and traveled a days journey to get to the base where they made camp. During the night they encountered a few creatures. One was the Nibblet which stole some of their food. The searched for a path up the mountain and ended up following the sound of water up a small cliff face which on top of it they met a pack of Yanderoam. A few of the group were able to entice a few to come with them. The weather turned later that day as a blizzard fell upon the mountain. A few kitsu were lost while the rest of the group found a cave to wait out the storm for the evening. The kitsu who were lost found their way to the cave, but during the night they ran into a vicious creature called the Hulking Stonebeast which the group fought off. The morning came and the storm was gone the group continued up towards the peaks where when getting near the top they found a Lake frozen over covered with snow, with a few floating shacks built on top of it belonging to a few locals who lived there. The Lake was later named Lake Skymirror for the clear reflection it gave off of the heavens when frozen. The Mountain was later named Icetooth Mountain for its dangerous conditions and snowy peaks.
